Hope y’all had the best holidays!

Thanks to all our incredible clients that have chosen to remain with Lisa and me on this journey—it made for a fantastic first year for Haven!

And this new year feels filled with possibilities.

I remain fully booked. It is great having a waitlist to draw from when my schedule shifts and openings appear. Lisa is staying busy with a bunch of clients she received from Samantha. I am still in search of excellent massage therapists with availability to fill in the gaps.

The biggest news is that we are adding physical therapy to our offerings. More to come!

Haven is now able to accept payments with your HSA and FSA cards! This is a great way to put those funds toward your treatments.

Rate Increase

This year we have raised our rates by $5 across the board. This is the first increase in about two years. This will make our prices the following:

• 30-minute: $70

• 60-minute: $110

• 75-minute: $130

• 90-minute: $140
