Jen Speri, MSPT, CFNC

Physical Therapist NCPT #8238

Jen believes that movement is for everyone. For over 25 years, she has worked in many physical therapy settings, including outpatient orthopedic, home health, and lymphedema clinics. Jen’s experience offers a rare bridge between clinical expertise and a personal, holistic approach to wellness. Blending Eastern and Western philosophies provides a healing environment that treats the whole person, not just the injury.

“I treat any musculo-skeletal condition. All sessions are one-on-one and devoted to listening to a client’s history of injury or pain, and any prior treatment. I assess each client’s alignment and posture and address any issues with soft tissue and joint mobilization, as well as dry needling.”

Jen’s clinical insights are fueled by her life as a movement enthusiast. Whether she is training at the gym, practicing Pilates, or teaching fitness classes, she understands how the body works from the inside out. She has gained a unique ability to diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of conditions, from navigating her own fitness journey and recovery. This allows her to help everyone from competitive marathoners to those simply looking to move through their daily lives with ease and comfort.

Jen’s career began at Penn State University, and continued to the University of the Pacific, where she earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy. Jen has earned numerous specialized certifications to provide the best possible care for her patients:

  • Certified in Integrative Dry Needling (CIDN)

  • Vodder Certified Manual Lymphedema therapist

  • 200-hour yoga teacher training at Blue Lotus in Raleigh, NC (RYT-200) and has practiced yoga for over 20 years

  • Certified Functional Nutrition counselor (CFNC)

  • Functional Gait specialist through Gait Happens

Balance is key for Jen. When she isn’t helping clients, she is a wife and a mom of two who loves spending time with her family. She recharges by traveling, staying active with friends, and finding joy in everyday movement.
